Celebrating Abundance

People in the workshop have heard me argue that any day you live has more blessing than curse in it. A stronger way of saying the same thing is that the worst day you ever live will have more blessing than curse in it. While some may argue these points, what is evident is that every single day has a balance of blessing and curse. How you experience your day has everything to do with which is the focus of your attention.

I have created a worksheet that may help you explore your thoughts about this further. Please feel free to print it out and work on it when it's convenient for you.
