1. I-95 South to Exit 38 (Golden Isles Parkway or Spur 25—one and the same.)
2. Take a left at the traffic light, going east.
3. Continue to Hwy 17 South, veer right.
4. Go to the second traffic light and take a right onto Parkwood Dr. (Goodyear Elementary School is on the corner).
5. Go to the first traffic light and take a right onto Hampton Avenue—the hospital is just beyond the traffic light.
6. The office is in the second block from the traffic light, Hampton Medical Park, in the back, in the two-story building. The physicians' names are on the tabby fence in front of the building.

From Waycross:

1. Follow US 82 East until you reach the traffic light at Hwy. 303
2. Go straight through the traffic light (This begins US 17).
3. Follow US 17 across the new bridge.
4. Go to the 3rd traffic light at Parkwood Drive and turn left (Goodyear Elementary School is on the corner).
5. Go to the first traffic light and take a right onto Hampton Avenue—the hospital is just beyond the traffic light.
6. The office is in the second block from the traffic light, Hampton Medical Park, in the back, in the two-story building. The physicians' names are on the tabby fence in front of the building.

From St. Mary's/Kingsland/I-95 North:

1. Take I-95 North to Exit 29. Turn right onto US 17 and follow it across the new bridge.

3. Go to the first traffic light and take a right onto Hampton Avenue—the hospital is just beyond the traffic light.

1. Take 341 East until you reach Brunswick and I-95.
2. Continue on 341 under I-95 and through Brunswick until you reach US 17 at the traffic light.

4. Go to the first traffic light and take a right onto Hampton Avenue—the hospital is just beyond the traffic light.
